If you need to return an item you bought from mellow you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
Your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition you received it. Also, please know that some of our products cannot be returned, they are:
- Intimate products and sanitary goods
- Gift cards
- Items bought on sale
Shipping your return
To return your item please send it to us and not the manufacturer.

Unfortunately, at this time, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When we receive your return we’ll send you an email right away. The email will also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If the refund is approved we will process it immediately.You should see the money back on the original method of payment within a couple days.
Late or missing refunds
If you don’t see the money in your account after a few days, first contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
